LAUNCH offers a unique approach to improving diversity throughout healthcare professions. Unlike other pipeline programs of its caliber, LAUNCH focuses on early and repeated exposure to healthcare professions (Kindergarten – College). Additionally, LAUNCH includes students that aspire to become healthcare professionals AND students that are unsure of their career aspiration. Research strongly suggests that early career aspirations are highly predictive of a child’s ultimate career choice. Furthermore, “You can’t be what you can’t see.” LAUNCH is providing an opportunity for students to “see” a wide range of healthcare career choices. All listed programs are FREE to the public
