About Us

Increasing diversity in healthcare professions by educating youth

Incorporated in 2017, LAUNCH stands for Leaders and Adolescents Uniting to Navigate Careers in Healthcare. We are an incorporated non-profit organization that aims to provide healthcare profession education to historically underrepresented minority students and students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. LAUNCH programs are provided at no-cost to the student.

  • LAUNCH students represent 35 Cities
  • LAUNCH students represent 149 Schools
  • 73% from Underrepresented Backgrounds
  • 90% of schools do not offer health science courses

What Do We Offer​

LAUNCH offers a unique approach to improving diversity throughout healthcare professions. Unlike other pipeline programs of its caliber, LAUNCH focuses on early and repeated exposure to healthcare professions (Kindergarten – College).
