LAUNCH Academy encourages and prepares high school students to enter healthcare careers. The curriculum is research based and provides students with an opportunity to develop skills necessary to become successful in the healthcare workforce (college preparation, basic patient care, and health disparity/inequality training).

- 64% of students had no prior access to health science courses/programs
- 100% of graduating seniors have enrolled in college with majors in pursuit of healthcare careers
- 94% of students were able to establish additional mentorship relationships and connections
- 100% of students increased their healthcare knowledge (based on pre & post tests)

- Application includes essay, interview, and transcript review.
- All applications will be considered, but priority will be given to students that do not have access to health science curriculum tracks within their high school.

Applications open annually October 1st - November 1st
Selected students will be notified by December (of the year that they apply)
